1. How do I make a reservation?
You can easily make a reservation by filling out our booking form on the website or by sending us an email with your booking details to info@amsterdamluxurytravel.com.
2. Is there a limit to the number of people I can make a reservation for?
No, you can make a reservation for any number of people you require.
3. How can I cancel my reservation?
To cancel your reservation, simply send us an email with your cancellation request to info@amsterdamluxurytravel.com.
4. What are your office hours?
Our office is open from Monday to Friday, 08:30 AM – 6:30 PM. However, we provide 24/7 services.
5. What types of vehicles can I book?
We offer a wide range of vehicles including executive cars, VIP cars, luxury minivans, luxury minibuses, and touring coaches.
6. Are your rates fixed?
Yes, our rates are always fixed. However, additional charges may apply in certain situations such as extra stops, extended waiting times, or exceeding agreed kilometers.
7. What is included in your rates?
Our rates include Meet & Greet airport pick-up service, airport parking costs, and bottled water. Exclusions are 9% VAT, driver’s lunch (for bookings exceeding 8 hours), and dinner and overnight expenses (applicable for longer sightseeing tours or hourly services).
8. What payment options do you accept?
We accept payments via credit card online, bank transfers, PayPal, iDEAL, and on account with a monthly invoice. Contact us for specific conditions regarding account payments.

1. Where will I meet the driver upon my arrival?
Your driver will be waiting for you at the arrivals area just after the baggage claim.
2. How will I recognize my driver?
Your driver will be holding a nameplate with your name or company logo on it for easy identification.
3. How much time do I have to collect my baggage after arriving at the airport?
You have 60 minutes from the time your plane lands to collect your baggage. After this period, a fee of €1 per minute will be charged.
4. What should I do if my flight is delayed?
If your flight is delayed, please contact Amsterdam Luxury Travel immediately to inform us of the updated arrival time.
5. Will there be extra costs if my flight is delayed?
No, there are no additional costs for flight delays. However, if your flight is delayed by more than 6 hours, a supplementary fee of €50 will be applicable.

1. Where do I meet the driver for my departure transfer?
Your driver will pick you up directly from the reception of your hotel or at your designated address, whether it’s an apartment or another location.
2. How many hours before my departure flight do I need to be at the airport?
For international flights, it is recommended to arrive at the airport 3 hours prior to the departure time. For domestic or normal flights, you should aim to be at the airport at least 2
hours before departure.
3. How long does the driver wait at my address without incurring extra costs?
You have 15 minutes of complimentary waiting time when the driver arrives at your address. After this period, a fee of €15 will be charged for each additional 15-minute interval.

You can easily book a sightseeing tour online through our website or by sending us an email with your specific requests.
2. Is the driver also a guide?
No, the driver functions as a driver/host rather than a guide. While they will provide you with some information and show you local spots, if you require a professional guide during your sightseeing tour, one can be arranged upon request.
3. Can I book extra hours during my sightseeing tour?
Yes, you have the flexibility to extend your sightseeing tour by booking extra hours. Simply inform your driver of the additional hours you wish to book, and arrangements will be made accordingly.
