By using the services of Amsterdam Luxury Travel, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Article 1: Reservations
- Reservations can be made online or by email: booking@amsterdamluxurytravel.com. We will confirm all bookings via email.
- Reservations are considered valid upon receipt of a prepayment. Failure to provide prepayment will result in the reservation being invalid.
- For sedan and minivan vehicles: Reservations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled departure time will guarantee an available car with a driver for pick-ups in Amsterdam or at AMS Schiphol Airport. If booked within 48 hours, we will make every effort to accommodate your request. If no availability is possible, the booking will be canceled, and a refund issued.
- Any change to a reservation without extra costs must be made at least 5 days (for sedan and minivan vehicles) or 15 days (for mini Buses, and Coaches) before the scheduled pick-up time. Additional fees may apply for changes made within this timeframe.
Article 2: Liability
- The tenant is responsible for themselves and their company.
- Any damage caused to the vehicle by a passenger shall be the responsibility of the tenant.
- Smoking, drug use, or consumption of personal food and drinks is prohibited in our vehicles.
- In the event of illness resulting in cleaning requirements exceeding normal standards, a minimum cleaning fee of €350 will be charged, plus any income loss, depending on the vehicle hired.
Article 3: Arrival Instructions
- Upon arrival at the airport, keep your mobile phone on. Our chauffeur will send you a text message with meeting instructions. If unable to locate the chauffeur or contact them, please inform us immediately.
- Any flight delays must be communicated to Amsterdam Luxury Travel immediately to adjust pick-up times accordingly. Additional charges may apply for delays exceeding 5 hours.
Article 4: Transfers
- Our rates are valid for transfers with pick-up or drop-off addresses in Amsterdam/AMS Schiphol Airport. Additional charges may apply for transfers outside these areas.
- Extra stopovers during a transfer will incur a minimum charge of €60, depending on the vehicle and duration of the stop.
Article 5: Waiting Time
- For international and European flights, 60 minutes of free waiting time is included after landing. Additional charges apply thereafter.
- For city transfers, 15 minutes of free waiting time is included after the scheduled departure time. Additional charges apply thereafter.
Article 6: Hourly/As Directed
- The minimum hire for an Hourly/As Directed service is 3 hours, calculated from our Amsterdam garage.
- 35 kilometers are included free of charge for every hour booked. Additional kilometers will incur extra charges.
Article 7: Force Majeure
- Amsterdam Luxury Travel is not liable for delays, changes, or cancellations due to force majeure or other unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control.
- We are not responsible for errors made by our subcontractors or any costs resulting from force majeure-related cancellations.
Article 8: Lost Property
Amsterdam Luxury Travel is not responsible for lost items in our vehicles.
Article 9: Cancellations
- Cancellation fees vary based on the notice period before the scheduled departure. No refunds are possible for cancellations within 48 hours of the original departure date.
- Entrance tickets or other pre-purchased items and overnight accommodations for the driver are non-refundable.
Article 10: No Show Policy
In the event of a no-show, 100% of the amount will be deducted with no refund. Charges apply 15 minutes after baggage handling for airport pickups and 30 minutes after the scheduled departure for city transfers.
Article 11: Vehicles
- Amsterdam Luxury Travel guarantees the continuous monitoring of our vehicles to prevent breakdowns. In case of a breakdown, we will arrange an alternative vehicle or compensate the tenant accordingly.
- We primarily provide Mercedes vehicles. If unavailable, an equivalent vehicle will be provided.
Article 12: Rates
- Our rates include all local taxes, Meet & Greet airport pick-up service, free onboard Wi-Fi, and bottled water. Excludes 9% VAT and other additional costs.
- Parking costs may apply for certain vehicles. Lunch, dinner, and overnight expenses are not included, except for bookings exceeding 8 hours.
Article 13: Payments
Payments can be made via credit card, bank transfer, PayPal, or iDEAL. Full payment is required for bank transfers. A 3% fee applies to credit card and PayPal payments.
Article 14: Privacy
Amsterdam Luxury Travel complies with GDPR legislation and processes data necessary for service provision only. Customer information is handled with care and not shared with third parties.
Article 15: Copyright
Copying or using texts and photos from the website without permission is prohibited, and legal action will be taken against abuse.
